الموظفين زفت سيارتين واقفين في كلا جهتين ومسكرين الطريق عني ويجي يخالفني على اساس انا واقف مش عارف شو قصده اطير فو السيارات حسبي الله عليهم
خدمات لا تليق
للأسف خدمات لا تليق
تجربة سيئة
التطبيق سيء جداً فيه مشاكل كثيرة في الأداء والدفع غير موثوق الدعم الفني بطيء وما في تجاوب واضح. للأسف تجربة سيئة جداً وما أنصح أحد يستخدمه
خلل فني يسبب اكتساب مخالفة
الماسح المتوفر فالتطبيق لم يمسح الباركود المخصص للموقف. بعكس كاميرا الهاتف.
طريقة الاعتراض على المخالفات
لا يوجد اعتراض على المخالفات وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء يطلب منك رفع ما يثبت عن طريق الايميل وعندرفع المستندات عن طريق الايميل لا يوجد رد وتظل المخالفة قائمة اتمنى إعادة النظر في هذه الطريقة لتقديم اعتراض او تظلم على المخالفة
ازبل شركة قسم بالله مخالفاتها اغلى من المرور يعني سرقه اكثر من كذا مافي حسبنالله عليكم

المراقب الي يراقب مايصلح. لماذا لم تستفسر. قبل تحرير المخالفات. إذا لم يكن هناك آصال لدفع مسدد اونلا

Bad app and bad customer service
I buy for my parking and they give me 600 sr violation and try to reach them with the number they put on the app and they never answer it I have no idea why you guys have customer service if you don’t have any respect for your customer.

رحت اعطي جهاز المواقف 3 ريال مو راضي يقبل وفوقها جالس يطلع لي فلوس الجهاز خربان اخذت ٧ ريال وبعد واحد شغال معهم معطيني مخالفه طيب كيف تبيني ادفع
