No Chevrolet support

I just got it for a Chevy Cruze but there is no Chevrolet on the supported vehicle list unless GM covers it, hesitate to try it, don’t want to waste one free subscription.

Won’t log in

Keep getting system error when trying to log in

Horrific

Totally useless. No requests for codes go through. Time out or error always. Once registered online still unable to log in. Will not connect to servers it seems. OBD scanner is completely useless without this app. Of course, absolutely no support online or on phone. Chat feature just stalls and blatantly disabled. No phone number anywhere. The product didn’t even come with English instructions, just French. Canadian companies are outright terrible at execution. Just laughable performance and response on all fronts. Useless.

Not worth it

Most of the app features won’t work (((crush when you try to use it since updating iOS 15 ))) before that was a nightmare to get the app connected via Bluetooth now connection is better on iOS 15 .. but you can’t use most of the features

Works well, when it works.

App and device work well when they work. Bluetooth pairing can be a pain, but seems to be better in ios15. Some features in the app crash constantly, which autel attributes to the app not supporting ios15. If that’s the case, update the app page to say “won’t work on this phone” or update the app! Can’t take it back as my return window has closed, so I’ll have to suffer through it. Autel support is pathetically useless.

Works Well, But Needs to be updated for iPad use.

Problem fixed

I find the APK 200 an amazing set up, once the Bluetooth bugs were straightened out. This tool is making my life so much easier! I do mobile automotive diagnostics and programming at a professional level. I have all original software for each brand. Yet I love this little Autel. I had problems with Bluetooth connectivity, I deleted everything off my phone, I mean a complete wipe. Put the phone in DFU mode reinstall the IPK file. Log back in do not restore from previous backups. Download all software required from App Store for the Autel. Once I completed those steps I was able to use the tool flawlessly. Every time I connect to the vehicle a pop up appears asking me if I would like to use the scanner. I click yes and the software opens. Works without a glitch I scan vehicles on the fly with this tool as it is easy for me. Example 2020 E-Class, 2019 BMW X5M. Full scan full service reset. Tool works amazing. If I had to open up Xentry or ISTA every time to scan those vehicles I would waste a lot of time. Love this little tool, packs of heavy punch.

Garbage

Problem with Bluetooth can’t connect! My Bluetooth is on… I see .[ap-copsl7co1143] But can’t pair this is garbage waste my time!!! I am piss for the prices I paid for should be better that I expected but it just other garbage!

Crashes!

Crashes while trying to connect...poor support from Autel on hardware as well
