Absolutely excellent
I have no real complaints about this app. Does exactly what it should, doesn't collect user data, and it's free. I would like to have a different font, not huge on the italics everywhere but that's so minor. I would also like to see integration with a free service for album art downloads for missing local files, since I manage my library with a tagging application that sorts into directories based on tags which leaves behind cover.jpg files, however even this isn't needed. It just sounds like I have my own coding project to take care of on my computer.
Not for Noob
I couldn’t add my server, no step by step instructions.
Not fot Noob
playlists
there is no option to edit playlists
update1: Thanks for the dev reply, yes u can add/delete songs from playlist but there is no way to reorder
update2: Thank you, adding an option to reorder would be great, also you may consider adding and option for repeat a single song or the whole list, these options are there already in other apps
Thank you again!
Useful MPD client
Any plan to support cue sheet?
Underrated MPD Client
Font is much more readable on iPhone than Soundirok. Swiping action to add songs to queue is very sure. This is the only app I am aware of that displays time length of all songs in the queue.
Good Functionality, unique UI logic
Good functionality for free MPD client.
Can be improved for sure
1- Album art too small, no full screen mode, kind of odd UI style compared to Apple Music style
2 Album view text too big, album icon too small,
3 No album grid view
4 album art download slow and easily hangs
Good MPD client
This client is free and works well. I do have minor problems with the app, however.
The font isn’t great. It’s readable enough, but it should be changed, or configurable.
The search tab doesn’t seem to include all files, it seems to only search metadata, which makes sense. In the files tab, the search bar looks for file names instead, so includes everything.
There is no way to remove individual items from queue, there are only options for clearing the queue.
Frustrating
When selecting a playlist the item selected is removed from the file system and it is not played. After losing two playlists I deleted the app.
