Maxx - Data to the Maxx!

I just want to share my experience about the reception at this place was not able to get the Maxx internet, this cause our family to be so unhappy. Could you please help with your internet service for not letting us customer feeling so stressed that I cannot even make a normal phone call. So sad. To Maxx network.

Please do not sign up the sim only plan. Network is terribly bad. I face network issues/no data half of the time. And I’ve only signed up for a month. Going back to GIGA

Fail to receive June invoice and chatting with agent icon not working.

The worst apps the scanner connecting take few min and even error even the AI say scan ok dy？！

App is horrible. Needs a revamp. Port-in took me around/more than a week even though other lines only take 1-2 days to do so. Imagine having no access to OTP for a week since your number is changed for the time being during port-in. Also no SMS notifications since most notifications are tagged to your original number. Yes the promo deal is good but don't be fooled.

Customer service only available by phone which need you to be super lucky to be able to talk to them.. I think winning lottery is still higher chance than trying contacting them

sim card took more than 1 week to arrive and signal is horrible. can’t even connect properly when at a normal outdoor location. don’t recommend this service provider.

A faulty SIM card was sent to me. Customer service promised to call and rectify at a date and time given but didn’t delivered. Total waste of time to subscribe to such lousy provider. It’s better to avoid and save yourself from trouble

今天早上我自己top up 半年180天的$70 又跟我自动在卡那边扣$18top up ，现在这个月有俩个100gb 谁叫你们自己renew了 垃圾系统

Cannot manage more account. Auto log out. App would not perform. Hang and it goes off. Please fix!
