Always under maintenance app
Not a reliable app. You may use other app for fund transfer because you need go to their branch to cash in. Every month the app is under maintenance. Now, november 4 the shop in under maintence since November 1. WTF!
Can’t Login
I registered my number using web browser, submitted my contact details and address. I was able to login via web but when I downloaded the app and tried to login, it doesn’t allow me to do so. It says “Minors is not allowed to use this platform at this time” you didn’t even ask for my age or birthday.

Useless App
This app is always telling you to update but no update available. Always showing an error and items displayed can’t be checked out because they are not availabe in any branch. Why are you displaying those items if they are not available? Just a waste of time.
I need my money to return because my kids are sick!!!

Practically a useless app because cash-in is so inefficient
I’ve been wanting to purchase my jewelries via ML Wallet app but the cash-in options are so inefficient and very hassle. You’re losing a lot of revenue potential from your clients because the first funnel to which is the cash-in is barely useful. The transfer fees are also outrageously high… Ask your tech team to prioritize this enhancement.
