Beneficiary list not user friendly
I struggle with the app when u navigate to beneficiary list I am use to other bank apps that allow u to categories your beneficiary list

Does not work on latest iPhone
This app is a shocker. It does not work on my new iPhone claiming it is unsecure. Support is not existent.
Not working
I tried to switching my phone and the app again and again it doesn’t show my my banking information after filling in the required information needed on the app hope you bring back the old version of the app please 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Works but UX needs to be revised
The app is usable but the user interface needs to be reworked. The scan to pay feature is hidden in submenus. You also cannot scan a QR from gallery unlike blink from Emtel. There is also a select merchant button that appears on the scan to pay which is confusing since scanning doesn’t require choosing a merchant.
OTP never works
Very complicated to make a payment. I never receive my OTP. Useless. Too many pins & passwords.

Merci beaucoup d’avoir créé l’application pour l’usage plus facile, mais qui est vraiment agaçant c’est que à chaque fois il demande à être «update » c’est vraiment énervante

Let’s face it. MCB is a disastrous bank. So no surprise the app is to the same level…

Hi I’m unable to update juice as my phone software is IOS 12.5. I need juice to be able to complete all my daily transaction kindly advise how to proceed please
