Just registering was a nightmare
I had to download the app and start registration 9 TIMES!! The confirm pin section has a consistent bug and won’t move forward. Please fix this issue. Old app was much better.
Bad decision
Still wondering whether it was necessary to discard the previous app. Hating the new app so much. I lost all my saved beneficiaries from the old app.
Why reinvent the wheel?
The “upgrade” to this app is not good. Not sure why they messed with something that worked perfectly well. Terrible “upgrade”. Waste of money MCB!

I’m so please to work with MCB..Flacq. Very good staffs.
More hopeless than the first version
Can’t even get past the sign up page. Had to type in my card details 3 times as it was stuck on a loop and even then I couldn’t get through. Sad that a big company like MCB opts to use budget developers.
Error
Keeps giving an error so I cannot set up my account !
Starting again
This app replaces the older version, although as far as I can tell no new features have been added, just features removed. If you’ve spent time setting up beneficiaries that you use often in the previous app, everything will be lost. You have to just start again, and who knows when they’ll replace this version?
PayPal option
Where is the send money to PayPal option?
OTP never works
Very complicated to make a payment. I never receive my OTP. Useless. Too many pins & passwords.
