CAREFUL; They say its free trial then start charging you for a subscription???? i NEVER authorized that. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I got like extra charges and didn't get refund when they went over mt budget. Stole $50

i bought it for the free subscription, $9 shipping and that was it. it came within two weeks and i was satisfied. two weeks later when the subscription was going to renew itself, i not only did not get an email letting me know a new box was going to be shipped but it charged me $240?? so obviously im trying to email customer service to get a refund but it has been 3 days and ive sent multiple emails and contacted them through the app and ive received no help. im honestly losing hope ill get my money back

I tried this be I saw many advertisements that this is good but it’s just on advertisement, it doesn’t really works, also made my face worse. Additionally, I didn’t know that when you buy one set, when month passed they will send you again without your knowledge but it will deduct on your money. This is scam!

I just recently started usin MD Acne since one my girl’s recommended using it and im torally in love with it. It def takes time to see progress but its worth the wait. the products r amazing and my face feels clean when using them. I also got there Sunscreen as well and its SO GOOD like better then any other brands I have tried. I def recommend anyone trying there products at first I was iffy but I know takes time to see results but its def worth the wait and its way affordable then other brands thats for sure. Even when I went to a dermatologist in person didn’t really help well but this app is amazing the dermatologists and doctors r friendly they reply to you super fast for any questions you are concerned about they even go out there way and message you to make sure your ok and to just see some updates its amazing honestly.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I order a free trial kit which in the end cost 14 dollars for shipping. Then I decided I don’t actually want it so I cancel the order and my account. I would think they would give me and automatic refund but no I noticed that I hadn’t been refunded so I contact customer service they read my message ask me if I actually want to re activate my account I say no I want a refund and take my card out of your system. The customer support person looks at my message and leaves me on delivered. I then start telling them to give me a refund and they still haven’t done anything. Just get skincare from a drugstore people not these scammers.

I bought a product for 20$ and it too about over a month to recieve. The only reason why it didnt charge me was because I emailed and asked to be unsubscribed. Terrible product and terrible shipping times plus most reviews which are 5 stars are obviously fake😂

I’ve been charged 3 times: once for 14 dollars and twice for 1.38 dollars. However, there was an error when was for the site to process my order and now I’ve been charged and have no confirmation of the purchase! I don’t know where I complain about and I hope they reply my review and give my money back!

I paid for the initial trial shipping and never received my order. I confirmed my address and got charged for the first subscription and never got my order as well. Customer said it’s the carrier at fault so I can’t get a refund or get them to send me a new one. I paid the total of $59.
