Dear Apple Care Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent decision that denied a warranty repair request for my MacBook, and I am seeking a reconsideration of this decision. My MacBook (Serial Number: FVFG37V0Q05D) and is well within its warranty period. However, I was informed that my warranty claim has been denied on the basis of three missing screws from inside the MacBook. I believe it is important to clarify the situation and address the denial of my warranty claim. As there is history attached to my MacBook being repaired by your authorized service center and I request to kindly review all the repairing/service history from the Day 1 before coming to any conclusion. To the best of my knowledge, I have not tampered with or opened the MacBook in any way that would lead to the removal of these screws. I have always used the MacBook under normal operating conditions, and I am surprised to hear that missing screws from inside the device are not covered under warranty. This is a human error as I mentioned it has been repaired earlier and there are highly chance that engineer might missed to install the three remaining screws. I understand that the terms and conditions of warranties are in place to ensure fair usage, but I genuinely believe that the missing screws are not a result of any actions on my part. It is important to note that I have taken excellent care of my MacBook, and this issue has arisen without any external interference. I kindly request that you reconsider my warranty claim and review the case thoroughly and provide me evidence which includes the CCTV footages. I would also appreciate it if you could provide a clear explanation because as of now, I did not get any concrete evidence which proves me that it’s not a Apple fault. By saying that we have did an internal investigation and this cannot be repaired under warranty. This statement does not satisfy me, if you are not at fault show me the supporting documentation/evidence. I value the trust I have placed in Apple as a brand and have always been a loyal customer. I hope that this situation can be resolved to my satisfaction, and I can continue to rely on Apple's commitment to customer service. I look forward to your prompt response and a positive resolution to this matter. Please let me know the next steps or any additional information you may require reconsidering my case. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
