I would not trust it if I’m doing carpentry or other work where it has to be a millimeter precision, but for times when I do not have my measuring tape and need to know how wide curtains I need or the width of my window for new blinds or even the size of a picture, this app is amazing. I just tap when the circle is at the point where I need to measure, move the phone until I reach the next point, and then I have the measurements. It is brilliant!

As on all iPhones the camera sticks out, you are ALWAYS 1% of. You are not able to measure if something is at level, as you can not lay your iPhone flat. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
If you wanna measure a book/picture using this tool, you have to have a frame perfect timing tap at the right time or it will measure it very wrong. Btw why do you have to like MOVE your phone around like you're scanning something? it takes like 10hr to finally begin measuring with this tool. 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if the frame perfect thingy was removed :(
Skulle prøve ut appen etter å ha hørt at den kan brukes som vater. Når jeg da går innpå appen kommer jeg til et måleverktøy som jeg trodde kunne måle alt mulig, men nei da, når jeg prøver den på bordet mitt for eksempel, så står den bare å laster og sier jeg må bevege iPaden min mer, når jeg allerede beveger den som bare juling. Og nei da jeg er ikke ferdig med å skrive. Når jeg prøver å finne vater så finner jeg den ikke. Jeg har også hørt at du kan måle centimeter, meter og kilometer og sånt men det er ingen modus for å gjøre det nei, så derfor får denne appen 1 stjerne fra meg, SKJERP DERE APPLE!!!

Unless my fingers are 27 1/2 inches long, this app is completely useless
I’m surprised to see this app has only a 3.2 rating. As a helmsman, I used this app regularly, and the chief engineer aboard the ship would verify that the measurements were accurate. He even decided to start using it himself. Let’s not sleep on how great this app truly is!
