Pay to take a screen shot, pay for each unit…app used to be amazing but have now deleted for the free Fieldpiece app. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your money

Seriously, it is very disincentivizing to collaboration and learning to have a feature which detects and penalize for screenshots. Remember why you made this program in the first place, as the industry leader you are just alienating folks and creating an opening for people like myself to switch to other programs.

First off, the app is amazing and I use it everyday. No issues there besides the music cutting out when I open the app which is annoying but I’m sure they’ll figure that out. The issue I have is how they are implementing screenshots as a “premium” service. To unlock this “premium” service you have to purchase QBits, which is their in house currency. Only after you purchase a minimum amount of $20.00 USD worth can you unlock screenshots at the cost of $5.00 USD PER SYSTEM. Come on guys, I understand you need to make money but why not just make screenshots an extra feature at a small monthly/yearly cost like every other app that needs a revenue stream? I have absolutely no desire to use the other features and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Loved the app until it told me I can’t take screenshots without paying extra and if I took another one my account would be suspended. Sad and pathetic attempt to squeeze every cent out of the working man. You will lose a lot of customers doing this

App is terrible now. It now has pay walls, & hasn’t been the same over the last couple updates. Do yourself a favour & download the free fieldpiece app

I understand the company needs to make a profit, but what you’re doing now is insane, charging premium features for EVERY single unit individually?? That’s just too much, I love the app and wouldn’t mind paying for a monthly subscription, if it’s at a reasonable price. However now I’ll be switching back to the fieldpiece app.

Every time I try to sign up , it just says user credentials incorrect

App is completely ruined after updates. I just want to slam my probes on an air conditioner quickly not scroll through settings and wait for the app to load in the first place.

The app works good, the measurements are quick. For some reason since a new update when I open the app my music cuts off. I spend a lot of time in noisy machine rooms in supermarkets, there’s not a lot to hear so I put some hearing protection in that can also play music. This app will now no longer allow that. 5 stars if they change that.
