I could see logging the data on a cloud costing subscription fee but being able to use the feature advertised with the meter i already spent money on. What a sham. This can’t be serious

I wish I could somehow give zero stars. I can’t even get my $1000 meter to connect to this unintuitive crap. From what I hear I’m not missing much.

I purchased the 378fc meter and for the ability to take readings from my phone via Bluetooth. app is absolutely useless unless you want to throw money at it. Paid a $1000 for meter and now fluke is asking for an expensive subscription fee to use the Bluetooth feature to see the reading on your phone. Im going to return the meter and source out another brand.

All I want to do is use my Bluetooth to show the readings on my fluke 375 FC meter. This app is absolutely useless. I already bought a $1000 meter and now it’s asking for a subscription?!?

I was just hoping I could send the value on the meter directly to whatever field was active in whatever app I’m using. That would be useful. I already have equipment tracking and monitoring apps I’m using so no thanks fluke. I’m done with fluke actually. So expensive, so lame.

Free to download but require a subscription in order to use. It’s cool that you can log jobs but it’s too complicated. We should be more focused on tools and less on the cell phone. Less complicated and more simple is better Job title Location Equipment Measurement readings Done. If it can’t be done in a minute or less then it’s too complicated or cluttered. Less phone = more tools= more productivity

Does not support auto rotation for iPad Pro

Took a while to understand how the app connects to my thermal imager but the biggest pain is that there is no auto rotation. Only operates on vertical view not horizontal.

Even with full subscription, app failure.

So I opted to get the full subscription so that I could keep track of asset history. A lot of my work is in the basements of hospitals, on an island, reserve, etc, with no data, no Wifi no cell service. Unfortunately the app needs to check for my license every time it loads. Now it just gets stuck on loading with a black screen, even with full data. Tried closing the app, rebooting the phone. Very disappointed for a $500 clamp meter and a $400 software license. I would recommend some type of offline mode at the very least.

Doesn’t support Fluke Linksprinter 200

My Fluke LinkSprinter 200 is not detected by the app. This is highly annoying as the LinkSprinter companion app is no longer available on the App Store.
