Excellent product

The best I’ve ever coked my meat. Perfect everytime, looses connection occasionally which is the only downside but much better than my old probe. Other thing I like compared to my old one it works out the estimated cooking time so you’re not just waiting on reaching the right temperature and can cook everything else in time

Won’t install

Can’t even get the basic installation to complete. Get no device found. Tried all the trouble shooting tips. Gave up.

Brilliant

Excellent results every time. I have ordered the latest MEATER which apparently is capable of being used in a kettle BBQ which will be great on my Kamado Joe

Excellent for roasting

I have used it throughout Christmas and it has helped produce perfectly cooked turkey, beef wellington, rack of lamb and sirloin roast. It really is amazing and takes out the guess work.

No guessing

Meat is always cooked as required. Why try to guess when cooking expensive cuts, just use a probe!

Perfect every time

I rarely write reviews but MEATER is the perfect product. You can’t go wrong with it. The thermometer goes in the meat while cooking and status is visible on the app. Delicious rested medium rare beef every time whether on BBQ or in the oven. Game changer!

Learn from the MEATER

Have learnt so much how to cook meat, when to take it off the heat and give plenty of resting time. Definitely recommend as guides help you cook to perfection.

Dependent on login - why?

Potentially brilliant thing but it’s needlessly hidden behind an account system for the app. There is no need for this, it should be possible to just use it, but no.

Lost Connection

This always loses connection when cooking. I’ve reverted to my cheap meat thermometer which is always reliable
