A great app to help, with the same problem as me!
I love this app, it’s so handy to work out what’s making you crash. The only problem is, it crashes too! 😭

This app has really helped to keep track of my activities and energy use. It encourages me to rest and do meditation and relaxing activities to conserve my energy. I feel less guilty ‘doing nothing’ as I can clearly see that it’s what I need to keep me from crashes and PEM.
This app has really helped me understand pacing and how it can benefit managing ME. I want to continue using it, however the cumulative calculator seems to not work past 2/3 days or there is an error with the calculations which makes it redundant. If this is fixed it would be a really great app. It would also be useful to alter past days when you get behind with logging activities or energy levels. Since these are often the busy days that you then need to account for when you have time afterwards.
Was finding this app really helpful to try and get my head around managing my fatigue. It was useful to be able to log activity + drains & refills. But it has now totally stopped saving anything I add. Will let me click into an activity and scroll to the amount of time done but doesn’t save the data of adjust my energy balance. Unfortunately this renders the app completely useless. I hope it can be fixed???
I haven’t quite been able to get my head around the ‘energy units’ side so I just use the minutes and equate them to my energy levels instead, I guess it’s finding a system that works for you and being able to quantify your personal energy levels for the activities in your life. I’ve only used this just under a week but it’s helping me pace myself in a way I haven’t been able to before and it’s helping me come out of a real slump. Thanks for creating this app. I would definitely recommend it but I think it’s about finding the best way that it works for each individual which is something you have said in the ‘help’ section anyway.
There are a couple of UX problems, but this is absolutely vital to recovery from long COVID.
Doesnt remember any data entered when setting up, the whole thing simply doesnt work.
