The greatest for classical music. Love it.

Fabuleux, avec un peu plus de baroque, c’est mieux

J’apprécie toujours la redécouverte des grandes personnalités virtuoses comme Pires, Mutter, Capuçon et autres et la découverte de grands chefs, femmes et hommes, et de grands interprètes instrumentistes et chanteurs. Un beau travail de sélection et d’organisation réalisé avec beaucoup de sensibilité, me semble-t-il. Par intérêt personnel, j’apprécie les prestations de musique baroque et je souhaite qu’elles soient toujours offertes. Bravo.

A ticket to front row seats!

Thanks to the team at Medici, I’m able to enjoy the best seat in the house to concerts from major concert halls, opera houses and ballet companies, as well as competitions for up and coming young musicians, all without leaving home. The camera and sound work is stellar.

Unable to login on app

I was, initially, very excited at the discovery of this streaming service, until finding that the app is rendered unusable due to the inability to login! My login is completely successful when entered via the web browser, but tells me each time that it is “unable to log in with provided credentials”. Awfully disappointed at these technical issues, and seeing as many others seem to be encountering similar difficulties, I presume it is down to the app itself. Here’s hoping they may be resolved in future!

Cela prendra combien de temps pour arranger les bogues de la nouvelles version ? Et pour la mettre en Français ? Bien qu’abonné depuis plusieurs années, je n’ai encore que des problème et suis obligé de passer par le site WEB.

What happened.

Can not even load. No stars. Used to be a great app.

Not happy with the update

I am writing this on behalf of my 81 year old mother who had loved the app until the most recent upgrade. Now she finds it hard to navigate and less intuitive. She gets upset every time she opens the app. She is very disappointed. One point in particular is that the app will not work in landscape on her iPad. While playing performances it does, but when navigating it does not. Very disappointing.

Login button not working

Sign in greyed out

Unable to sign in using apple because sign in is greyed out. App has been deleted and reinstalled but this did not fix it. See request 87979

It used to be 5 stars… what is happening?

I’ve been subscriber for Medici in the last 8 years approximately. Since last year the catalog had some cuts, and many videos have disappeared… many artists are also becoming rare figures, and only available in the old videos. Unfortunately, it’s becoming a regular practice to stream a video during a few months and after that, it’s gone, forever. All that I could still understand as contracts may have some restrictions… But what I really can not understand is the last update: the new version does not allow us to listen to the music while having the app running in second plan. Now, if you want to just listen, the app must be running actively in your screen. If you minimize it, the music is gone! That’s terrible! If that continues, I’ll probably suspend my subscription. Please fix it! I want to be able to listen without the need to have your app on first plan.
