As an insomniac, I was thrilled to discover Soothing Pod many years ago. It taught me to meditate. It relaxes me with its stories, but its most important feature for me is the music selection that I set (ad-free) for 7-8 hours each night and I started sleeping much better. I’ve heard people ask: ‘what’s one thing you can’t live without?’ Well, for me it’s Sleeping Pod and I’ll be forever grateful for this gift.

This app is great and not lying about being 100% free like some other apps. This is by far my favourite app for going to sleep and has the best stories and sounds. I can only begin to explain how much I love this app. Thank you soo much soothing pod.
For a Free App it’s Helping already after two sessions I’m going to keep this up everyday as meditation has been shown to assist with so many different things
You know when that box pops up asking you to review an app and you usually decline? This time I did not. I’ve tried so many meditation/sleeping apps over the years, like it’s almost been a monthly search for something new. As you could imagine, Ive given pretty much everything a go. This though is hands down the best I have had to date. It has so much variety and it’s a FREE app! Don’t walk, run to download it!
Even though it’s free it packs a punch. The best meditation app I have used. If they ever bring a paid version I Will be an early subscriber
I’ve never felt compelled to write an app review before now, but this app is so well loved and used I wanted to spread the word! This app as well as the YouTube channel is a goldmine of relaxing stories and meditations. It’s actually all free with no ads!!! Which makes me so thankful I actually want to pay them haha. I mostly listen to stories so I can say the most about those. The stories are varied and interesting, from mythology to fairy tales to romance to train and cosmic journeys. It will automatically play some background music and sound effects and you can turn the volumes up and down. They are also updated regularly! They are written and narrated wonderfully. The mediations are great too, there are lots of different categories for different needs. There’s also music and sounds like white noise, ambiences and asmr sounds. Huge thanks for creating this app/channel/company.
So very thankful as this helps my wife’s and myself to relax and turn the brain down to relax enough to get a good sleep 😴, thank you 🙏
Shuffle play doesn’t work, it just plays the same track over and over which gets a bit annoying after a few minutes. If this were fixed I’d give the app 5 stars.
