My piece of sanity during commute.
Menopause. Are you uncomfortable yet?! Trying having the hormones in your body fluctuating to the point where bright lights, sound and touch become unbearably uncomfortable. With earplugs in, my Bose noise cancelling headphones switched on and this app - I don’t have to push the head of that young Indian man through the window because he has been jabbering intensely for the last 40 minutes, and I don’t feel forced to “This is Sparta” kick those loud schoolgirls from the train. I can sit back, and listen to my own mixed tape and do nothing but reeelaaaaxx .... aaah :)
