Good melodies and meditation exercises . You can select the volume and melodies of a big variety of sounds, really good. The guided meditations are not free, but I found them effective and pleasant in voice and tone( better then the guy on Headspace) However after I changed/upgraded my phone my full subscription disappeared.
Seems to be working again after issues.
