After the conversation ends, why can't I make a choice and it always gets selected automatically.... I've swiped to the right and made a choice by pressing the select button but it's still selected automatically

Hi, day by day it’s getting worse and I send email too many times but they ignored , my 2 account still banned without any reason , also when I try again screen capture say they have to approval for log in, what’s wrong with meeff , I couldn’t even delete my account
Bad account management
This APP is really bad on managing account, my two accounts have get banned with no reason, they doesn’t notify me any reason of that action, just straightly can’t login 😃 if the management didn’t really verify and check the account manually but just banned the account without any checking, you will keep getting bad reputation from this. I used to like this app a lot, even there are lot of bots or fakes, but there are still some nice people around maybe just sometimes get annoyed by ads but understand that’s one of the way u guys make money for, but I really upset and disappointed by the management.
Lounge problem
My lounge is empty even though it says many people are liking me so I really want it to be fixed
Disturbance from scammers
Please do add a block function so I won’t get contacted by the same scammer over and over again
