Megaplex Mobile

I made a purchase in the app and it charged my card but didn't give me a receipt or QR code. It showed the tickets purchased had beeen taken in the app. Here is the kicker, there is NO phone number to call with questions, they have a line you can leave a message at to receive a call back. I left a message and didn't receive a call back!! If you're going to charge service fees to purchase online you should have a customer service line when you run into problems and have questions!!!

Very disappointed, after spinning for 7 mins my selected tickets were already gone!

This app is unusable. I have deleted the app and re-installed. No matter what, I can’t login and access my account. Worthless. It used to work well, but now it’s absolutely broken.

The login is clunky, navigation within the app isnt ideal.

I appreciate the cleanliness of MEGAPLEX THEATRES!!!

Please please please let us stay signed in on the app. It is so frustrating that I have to sign in every time I open it. Cenimark has never had me sign in more than once and I barely use it along with so many other apps.

The processing fee is too high, especially since you guys want people to order through the app.

App stalls out during payment, asks you to try again, but you have to start with seat selection but when you go back in the seats you selected are not available so you have to select inferior seats. This has happened to me 3 times and you need to fix it.
