Mental Note ๛

Hi My notes are not showing up on my other devices in spite of the button being clicked on each. Any advice?

I had a full version of mental note for years. Recently it was not updating. When I changed my phone the app was not showing up at all. As I liked the app I had to buy it again from the App Store ! If it happens again I will be looking at other options.

When I use this app - all the time - even other iPhone users are impressed by how quick and easy it is to use, and how smooth the handwriting is. Being able to draw an arrow or directions on a screenshot of a map, and then text or email it to a friend is awesome. Love the variety of export options, especially iCloud sync, option to create Calendar appointment with reminder, and 'send in Mental Note format' to other users of this app. And I really like the way it remembers my most-used export options, and pins them at the top. There are other handwriting apps in the AppStore, but Mental Note is so much better, with its uncluttered interface, thoughtful features, and frequent updates - who needs a pen?

I love the look and feel of this app.

Very nice note app with great multimedia integration. Need to see improvement to allow alphabetical re-ordering of notes under each tag. Otherwise, 5 stars. Please have this improvement at the next update!!

The blurb talks about linking to dropbox but fails to mention that it is only as a PDF export. Would like to be able to send the note to dropbox so I can then pick it up on my iPad...hope it can be fixed as otherwise it is kinda useless to save a format you can't edit.

This app is truly amazing for doing what it says: taking mental notes. Love being able to record audio and take pictures inside the app and include them in a note. The only downside is that because it is so useful I have many notes and they seem to be only possible to file in a single level tagging system. Would also be good to have se sort of nested hierachal filing system cause I can see I'll be using this app for a long time.

Wow!!! IMPRESSIVE!!!! although this app is missing some fancy features that other note taking apps have, mental notes has exceled in some other vital REAL note taking aspects that i think no other note taking apps in the app store has, and it has done it very very well... it blew me away! firstly, being able to TRUELY embed a mix of words, audio and drawing, and i mean, REALLY mix, most apps can embed drawing but the drawings are seperate attachments, in mental notes, the drawings can intrude and mix with the words, and secondly, notes can be exported as photos into the photo alburm, or as a picture into an email, or even as a pdf into an email, and with pdf export, the words in the notes can be selected in the pdf even if the drawing is mixed with it... now THIS is impressive...

Wants to delete! Notes made during church saved but as leaving mtg…. All gone!

I generally dread customer service experiences but my recent experience was quite different. The customer service rep was totally user friendly, stuck with me through several email exchanges well into the evening. Needless to say they ultimately uncovered and fixed the issue, after getting a little bit more information from me.
