They have the worst management. Long wait times, sometimes they don’t deliver at all stating that the restaurant wasn’t accepting orders or other stupid excuses. Sometimes they deliver a mess. Try using other services. This one really sucks.

Пользуюсь этой доставкой уже два года - практически всегда доставляли быстро и грамотно, без всяких нареканий. Приложение постоянно совершенствуется, (например, приятно увидеть что с тех пор появилось возможность отслеживать состояние заказа) при наличии вопросов по заказу оператор активно их уточняет и помогает в случае возникновения проблем (была ситуация с недовезенным заказом - вернули деньги)

Cant order food in the morning, they call you and tell you it will take 2 hours, bad service, whats the point of the app if you can’t use it 24/7

Ужасное приложение, тех поддержка ужасная, могу списать деньги и вы об этом не узнаете, в общем лучше Яндекс гоу или что то подобное ( я не рекламирую ), но что угодно лучше чем это !!!!!!

The struggle continues for the second day, attempting to place an order – a fundamental function of the product. I saw from their latest updates that they have been working on the checkout screen, so probably they have messed up a lot there. Reached out to support; they're quick and responsive. But, can't attach a photo, and video uploads from the gallery are a no-go. Tech hiccups.

You can tell they’ve improved their service so much. Third order in a row they delivered in less then 30 minutes. So impressed and glad that now I can get my food this fast 🤩 Keep it going MENU ❤️ PS. Having a call center is a big plus 😊
