After waiting for half an hour they tell you that the order is cancelled, you better choose Glovo, I have never had any issues with that app.

I hope Yandex closes its doors, its employees are fired and anyone ever tied to that company has no right to work in any relevant industries anymore. Making a great app absolutely awful is like a task that Yandex takes like a challenge and carries out professionally. Half of the restaurants Menu.am used to deliver from are gone with the new app, the new app works horribly because it’s not even an app – it’s a website wrapper (btw reported to Apple for violating a lot of guidelines here), the delivery prices now are HORRIBLE compared to the real Menu.am and none of the Menu.am promo codes work. What do we get in the end? A horrible web app for Yandex.Eats, broken prices, broken restaurant selection, broken promo codes, broken everything. F Yandex and EVERYONE who is IN ANY WAY tied or was tied to them.

Очень грустно, что миром правят менеджеры. После того как menu.am стал работать на технологиях яндекса, я не могу заказывать себе еду в приложении. Теперь у меня на выбор только два ресторана, которыми я не пользуюсь. Раньше были доступны заказы из KFC, Masterclass и еще много других. И не надо мне тут объяснять что я живу там, куда яндекс не доставляет. Когда menu.am работал на своих технологиях, он все прекрасно доставлял. Еда всегда была горячая и вкусная. Сейчас в очереной раз убеждаюсь, что яндекс катится не в том направлении.

Now this is just a glorified Yandex redirect. 100+ options I had turned into 3 sushi restaurants Yandex was somewhat able to deliver. Sincerely saddened by this, another good service ruined by Yandex yet again.

Пользуюсь этой доставкой уже два года - практически всегда доставляли быстро и грамотно, без всяких нареканий. Приложение постоянно совершенствуется, (например, приятно увидеть что с тех пор появилось возможность отслеживать состояние заказа) при наличии вопросов по заказу оператор активно их уточняет и помогает в случае возникновения проблем (была ситуация с недовезенным заказом - вернули деньги)
