Please note that the Meralco Mobile app requires access to the following services to operate properly:
* Camera: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your device’s camera. You can use your camera to take photos and upload together with your reports on brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Storage: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access the media library of your device for you to attach photos / videos when reporting brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Location: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your location to show nearby Meralco Business Centers and Bayad Center branches.
No problem with downloading the App. The issue is I’m not able to get in despite login in with my Google account. The content won’t upload after log in. Attempted several times for 2 days , the app is still “thinking”.
I live in Los Angeles & would like to pay online for my property’s electric bill in MM without success. It’s sooo frustrating! Meralco need to improve the app!

Payment online
I was trying to make payment online for my electricity back home but unfortunately, the payment system of Meralco is very very bad not accepting any U.S. Payment Cards such as Visa and Mastercard. Meralco is not compassionate for the people abroad like me. I’m very disappointed with Meralco payment system. Meralco is very behind in technology. Meralco must accept any U.S. Card payment for the sake of the OFW who owns property in the Philippines. Wake Up Meralco! We’re now on high tech world!. SMDC is extremely much better than your payment system. I always make payment to SMDC for my condos and no problem with their payment system when using any U.S. Payment Cards.
From Good To Bad
It was working fine before until it won’t recognize me anymore. It keeps asking for a constant change of password but once you changed it, it won’t login.
US credit cards
Still unable to pay with using US issued credit cards. As off 1 year ago they stopped using US credit card because of potential fraud but its been a year. You should have resolved that already. Such an inconvenience.

iPadOS app that would not present a keyboard
Ever since this app was released I check back for updates. Pointless as login popup window would not invoke the keyboard. Finally after trying to work though this issue I discover that programmatically an iPhone keyboard is being called by your app. Only way to overcome this is before opening the app, first swap from a full size keyboard to a floating keyboard. Now finally I have managed to log in. Having now got in I find the app underwhelming trying to work with multiple CANs so must stick to the web version. Perhaps your developers can code this in their next version?
Very bad, unable to bind the mailbox
Very bad, I can’t bind my email, the account is automatically logged out and I can’t log in anymore, I keep reminding me that the account has been removed from the connection.
No way to remove service address??
I can add service addresses, but after selling a property, I realize I can’t remove it from the app.
Useful, but not so user-friendly.
No option to save payment method, so I have to keep on entering my payment information every time I pay my bill.
