I’ve been trying to pay for hours now! It keeps saying i put wrong otp for 5times now!!! even though its the otp ur app sent!!!! And it takes 100+ seconds for the otp to be sent to me so irritating

The app does not launch. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

This is the first time I ever wrote a review so pls hear me out. You notified us via text that Meralco online will be deactivated on December 31, 2024, so you told us to download this app. But this isn't working. I'm afraidI'm going back to old payment method which is personally visiting bill payment center. So inconvenient. It's been months now na di working fine ang app niyo. Please fix it asap thanks

The app is not working

Once you tap the app, it never opens - completely useless.

My bills are emailed to me on a monthly basis and the CAN is truncated due to data privacy. You cannot log in using your email because you already registered before. You cannot reset your password because link is always expired even if you try until you turn blue. They designed it that way. If you email them to ask the CAN, they will conduct verification which is expected but if your answer is not the same as their record, they will ask you the same questions. Name is wrong on their record. Address is wrong on their record. Where I live does not use Street on Streets. Even if I forwarded them my latest bill, they still don’t believe I am me. The back and forth just to get the CAN is crazy. I will have to find a way to get the actual bill physically if I subscribed to paperless. You didn’t think of the scenarios apparently or you thought it but the one in charge, the one who makes decisions wanted things to be this way. User experience is awful and frustrating. I nominate this app and everything else about their process on the list of what not to do.

It required me to login using fb or google acct. but it wont accept my fb pw so i was force to change my pw in fb. When i re login to meralco app it kept prompting password expired.

Worst and most useless App I’ve ever used. Whoever created this should be fired!
