Game unresponsive
The game is stuck at the beginning. It is not allowing me to put the coins into the coin-bank in order to buy eggs, houses, and storages. It worked before, now for some reason it is not letting me. I also am having trouble contacting the game support.
Merge elves merge 3 puzzle
The game is really great and fun but lately keeps crashing and freezing in the middle of elves secret realms or mission. Please fix this issue and thanks. Keep the good work.

A year
So I have had this game for a year or more and it’s a good game but the elves sleep forever ♾️. Anyone one time I got a new up date and that house with the little girl the house is still there but, the GIRL. What’s up with that.
Lost m progress and part of my purchases
I’m very disappointed in this game is to be one of my favorites, and when the game was logged in on my new phone I logged into my account and it saved over as a new account instead of loading process. I lost more then half of my in game purchases and all game progress aside from the elves I had. I’m very disappointed with the way that Support handled it, because nobody ever got back to me when I explain the situation. Do not download unless you don’t mind starting over. I hope this saves someone from the headache.

I loaded the ship completely. Then the game reset. I lost all of the things I earned, but the ship says complete now. Ugh, so ticked off!
