Gems paid for. 25 a day. 2 days not getting
Annoyed with non existent customer service. Have posted about missing gems. 25 a day I paid for. And 2 days not been able to get them. They keep saying about connection on street but I have no problem with other games. So although I really like the game this has happened before. So I’d like a refund and then will delete the game I SENT THIS LAST YEAR AND IT WAS RESOLVED. BUT NOW I CANT GET INTO SFS TO GET GEMS. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOURSELVES THROUGH THE GAME. THROUGH FACEBOOK. THROUGH MESSENGER. ARE YOU ALL OUT OF THE OFFICE ??? I’m being facetious
Constantly buggy and zero customer service support or even acknowledgement!
Used to be a great game. I don’t know what they have done to it but it’s been crashing/unuseable, i can now access it but i still can’t use the game as it’s glitching and not working properly. Also all the things I have previously purchased have been removed from me and it’s asking for me to purchase them again!!!

I paid for some gems. Should of received 600 gems . Never received them . Money left account . I have emailed and tried with help in the game and nothing .
Why does the game app keep closing and crashing
I adore this game but the last week or so it keeps crashing not saving anything I’ve done in my garden & keeps closing nothing on my part or my phone causing this what’s going on please x
No longer playable
New auxiliary function makes it impossible to play as every time you tap all similar items flash and you lose your place. After this being my fave time sink for years it’s time for a replacement. It’s been quite buggy for a while but this is the last straw.

I can’t enter the game, it’s been a week now and no game. Do you have solution for this problem.
Update... can’t play?
Since the new update the game won’t open.....why? I’ve been playing ages and it’s been fine then it kept closing during play and I’d lose items which was very annoying but now I can’t even open the game, it’s so frustrating. Please fix it.

I love this game but it keeps stopping, every time I go to move something it freezes It starts working then it stops again
