Just what I was looking for!
Absolutely wonderful. Tracks everything with the ability to take pictures of the receipts and associate them with expenses. The PDF export is wonderful and very easy to use. Export to CSV is also very very handy. It seems to be built for a VAT system so it can keep track of VAT separately, but for my purposes, I didn't need it. I only wish that I could change a few things to Japanese names for my work because they don't read English so well. But it does work very well. Feature request: support iCloud syncing so I can use it across multiple devices. If it could do that, it would get 10 stars in my book. As it is, it is a solid 5 stars.
