I wasn’t sure if I had to park in the town I was in late on a Saturday. I checked this app and it said add payment with nothing saying the hours. After I paid to park I late google the boroughs parking laws and as I suspected parking was free after 6pm so I gave this app money for nothing. What a scam. Cities please stay away from using this crappy app.
The app is useless. When I tried to pay, it kept insisting the zip code was wrong for the credit card. It wasn’t.
save payment button is broken. it clicks but doesn’t do anything and we’re left with no way to pay. inconvenient.
Among the many flaws in this app is that there is no confirmation message. Tap because you want to see how much parking will cost, or accidentally touch the screen in the wrong place, and you’ll get charged.
App says it uses my location but it won’t use it to search for parking. Unable to tell if I’ve chosen the right parking zone . Also clicking on “view rates and details” does nothing. Especially frustrating since I’m from out of town. It seems like they are trying to make you get the wrong location just so you can get a ticket and use their app to pay the fine.
The app has a feature which adds time to a reservation. When clicked, if the reservation has just been made, the bug is that the screen will freeze and say processing. I needed to close the app, make a new reservation, but it ended up charging me for two instead. The developers take no responsibility and you will not get refunded. Shame on them
This may be the worst parking app I’ve ever used. Absolute garbage and utterly unusable. Wouldn’t accept my payment info, terrible search options. GARBAGE.
I would like this app better if I had a weekly or monthly option that discounts the price to pay in advance that alone will make me park at a lot 2 blocks farther
I checked for updates and nothing. Not sure if it’s because I have a new phone or what, but it just spins on the yellow logo page. I had to risk a fine since this wouldn’t open.
Reading through all of your bad reviews I have to wonder - why don’t you just FIX your app? You are very quick to thank the very few with compliments but just ignore the reviewers who point out problems. Is this app just a hobby of yours? Anyone have any ideas of how we can get Sewickley out of this mess?
