Downloaded the app. Tapped to pay, tapped the card on file. Nothing happened. Added a new card twice, saved, added the receipt option, didn’t show up on the pay screen. Went through the menu, then no way to go back to the pay screen. No help or contact info. Missed my train!
App is terrible
Payment is scratchy and does not work. I had to find a different lot.
Terrible - Don’t Waste Your Time
The app doesn’t load searches, won’t accept my debit card for payment and is glitchy/buggy at best. Just carry change, it’s less hassle.

Can’t Just Add Time
I like the ability to pay for parking via credit card on my phone and renew it without going back out to the meter, but why does it only let you add two hours at a time, and why can’t you just add time to an existing parking payment? You have to wait until your parking expires, and then reselect it for an additional two hours.
It will show me that I have 5 minutes left, but there’s no way to add time on the main screen that shows your parking time. There does appear to be an add time link in the side menu, but it’s at the top of the screen and impossible to tap. Nothing happens when I try to tap it. I’ve forgotten to renew my parking so many times because I’ve stayed longer than two hours. It notifies you, but it’s just a push notification that you wouldn’t see unless you happened to be looking at your phone. At least have the option to have an audible ding or something, if you won’t let me add more time before it expires.
Made to steal money
The app is made purposely to never keep you on a page long enough to be able to read anything. It doesn’t give you receipt and it doesn’t make it clear that you actually purchase a ticket so you accidentally purchased another one.
Very poor customer service
App is bland and customer service is extremely poor. I’ve used this app many times for months. The one time I needed to reach out to customer service, which can’t be done in-app by the way, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. Be prepared when they force you to pay twice because they're too incompetent and lazy to assist and/or refund you.
Terrible
The user interface is a terrible design and the app glitches a lot. Hard to use.
Something sketchy
No information on what the ticket was for (I was in a one hour free parking area for shopping well under an hour). No information on the fine amount on the ticket or on the app. I am simply prompted to provide my credit card details to pay. This has got to be some kind of extortion racket or scam lol. Rip your tickets and ignore them
Double charged
App displayed an error stating that my payment failed. However my card got charged (I received notification immediately). I had to park through the app again to not get a ticket and it went though the second time.
