Have reported this issue a few weeks ago and still not fixed. The Taita service that I catch is missing all together, so this app is no use to me. Used to find it useful, especially when tracking train and giving realtime estimates. Hopefully they add the service back soon as waiting on platform for longer than necessary in winter is not good.

I’m confused when I enter my stop number it doesn’t show me the time the bus is scheduled to be there, but 10 minutes earlier (departure time?). This has confused me for months until I clicked into it today and saw the actual timetabled time is 10 minutes later.

Previously the app had issues, but it seems like these are fixed now and there’s been a lot of new features added. Nice work

Every single train on the network is cancelled. But it’s ok because “new route and improved services are coming”. Go play with your train set kids.

IT DOESN'T LET ME PLAN A ROUTE

Generally quite good but the love tracking doesn’t work nor does it notify you if your bus has been cancelled which are two keen reasons the app is used.

There's too much wrong that I don't think i need a list, you can look at the other reviews for that. I'm here to ask you guys to stop screwing around and make a decent app. It's been years. Get it together.

At least there are no surprises- it’s as bad as you expect. Other reviews cover off all the common problems, just adding my one star to the mix :)

Every bus came past except 654 didn’t come.you need to be better at timing.My school got kicked of the bus when out stop was shut a stop next one.
