Nonsense!
The worst and useless App in China! I can use Alipay account to pay any transportation, but not Shanghai metro. The App didn’t send any pushup to top up the wallet, that caused many times stuck in entering metro for charging money and wasting time. All other transports I can pay by Ali-that’s fast and convenient. Another thing, if I use Metro 大都会App it couldn't provide receipt, the 发票. My suggestion - just delete this garbage application and let the Alipay enter Shanghai metro system. USELESS!!!
不能开发票每次坐地铁只能到柜台开单程发票
不知道，这个软件哪里便民。以前可以充值卡就开一个总金额发票，现在每次出行都需要排队开几块钱发票。真是无语了。钱花了，发票拿不到了。。。

申请余额退款，钱找不到了
有一笔余额，申请退款后，大都会app显示退款成功，但是银行卡支付宝都没有收到钱，打电话都说不能查，相互扯皮。垃圾大都会。
强制要求提供个人信息
查个头末班车都需要登录，登录就强制要身份证号，有病吗

没更新的别更新了，这玩意现在出个站就给你弹个一分钟的广告，搞得我以为软件卡死，最后发现是广告，是真的恶心
