The exchange has lost my trust

This exchange is convenient to use. good design, low commissions (or even zero on spot). But the management of the exchange undermined trust by the fact that they could add token to futures without the consent of the project creator. Moreover, initially one of the conditions was precisely the absence of futures. Even more surprising is the continued lack of an intelligible answer from the support service or from the management of the exchange. There was a wave of discontent in the community, but the exchange did not want to make contact, which is why it lost many clients. It's a pity, it was convenient to use. Hello everyone, today I will tell you about how MEXC conducts its business. I am part of the GRIMACE community. At the very beginning of work on our project, we immediately outlined our policy - no futures contracts in relation to our token. Meanwhile, MEXC arbitrarily added such contracts without notifying the SEO of the project and without agreeing on the details with it. I find these actions to be fraud on the part of the exchange and demand an immediate detailed response regarding this situation! Believe me, we won't leave it like that. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Walter, who provided all possible support to our community and significantly raised the authority of the MEXC exchange in the CIS community. Perhaps undeservedly.

Залистили фьючерсы без согласования CEO

Сложно доверять бирже которая без согласования листит фьючерсы чтобы на этом заработать. Проект гримас дал нам многое и CEO проекта делал все для того чтобы инвесторы смогли получить профит от своих вложений, но то как mexc повел себя в ситуации с токеном grimacе говорит о том что биржа наплевала на контракт который был подписан. На любые действия по урегулированию вопроса с делистингом фьючерсов, никакие действия со стороны биржи не происходят. Печальный опыт...

Mexc is worst

MEXC listed futures contract on Grimace. Founder was asking them many times and community was trying to make MEXC’s team understand the problem but all attempts failed. Don’t work with them they are bad actors
