Terrible app, just don’t bother (unless of course you have time to waste trying over and over again to get it to work). Gave up in the end and used my credit card which worked straight away without problem.

I can say that after using this charger and this app for half an hour, I ended up getting £80 block on my bank account and I successfully discharged the car about 1% ….never ever again

4 charge attempts, 4 pre-autos

Pre-payment was taken from my bank account which was quickly followed by the app crashing and showing no sign of the charging session I had just paid for! £40 taken from my account fraudulently and not returned even when the charging session never happened. Don’t use this app ever!

Charge 4 times x £40 each = £160. Not success to charge at all. I am complaining to take my money back.

Dear colleagues do not use this app because first they withdraw £40 from your account and even if you charge £10. You have to wait 7 days or more your money back to your account. I have been charged for £80 and has not come back yet. I only charged £14.5

It shouldn’t be allowed that you guys can take a payment for a service and then not provide it. Then choose to refund me at a time that suits you. Bit of a joke. Spent £80 I know have to wait to get back as the charger is not working correctly. Waste of space

You have to ‘pre authorise’ £40 before using. Which I did. Then went for coffee. Came back and no charge delivered. No transaction history shown in the app. But still charged £40. Not impressed. Although looking at many other reviews it seems folk who persevered several times got charged multiples of £40. MFG - when do I get my money back??

The app will not do anything at all unless you set up an account and log in. I just wanted to browse a map of locations, see tariffs etc before deciding whether to sign up or not. I can’t be bothered to register for an account just to do that.

Just tried 3 mfg chargers to try and charge my Audi in Canterbury. None worked, however I tried to pay or via the app. No one picking up the phone. Now desperate.
