Having communications and team collaboration in a single application, MiCollab extends your office communications to any location enabling you to make phone calls, search your corporate directory, chat with colleagues, check corporate voicemail, collaborate on team-based projects, and more, directly from your iPhone.

Increase the ease of sharing information and speed of decision making within your organization by using the MiCollab Mobile client.

The MiCollab Mobile client lets you:
• Create a list of favorite contacts, speed dial numbers, and websites you can access in a flash
• Search corporate contacts, see who is available, and choose how to contact them using voice, IM, point-to-point video, or email
• Receive, place, and hand-off voice calls to/from the MiCollab Mobile client SIP Softphone over Wi-Fi® or 4G/5G networks
• View your incoming, outgoing and missed call history for your office extension
• Access visual voicemail for your office extension and manage messages by preference rather than by sequence
• Manage and automatically update your status and call-routing preferences based on your location or time of day

Ständig Probleme

Echt keine überzeugende App. Keine richtige Integration in die Telefon-Funktion. Anrufe werden auf der Apple-Watch nicht angezeigt. Wenn das iPhone auf lautlos gestellt ist, erfährt man von dem Anruf erst durch eine Benachrichtigung über einen verpassten Anruf. Wenn der Klingelton eingeschaltet ist, klingelt es trotzdem manchmal nicht. Hier scheint noch eine Menge Arbeit nötig zu sein.

Still not perfect

Better then the older Versions, but still to buggy and missing features that common. - hanging/freezing app - can’t share files/photos direct to MiCollab - start to slow because it loads everything and then show up - doesn’t work always with VoIP in hotels, but ms teams and other competitor software works fine (eg ring central office) - Cross app launch for meetings :( - many more….

Much better now

Compared to older versions it behaves much better now

App is not helpful

The App doesn't work realy good. Incoming calls are not ringing, the synchronisation with the webclient doesnt work and the functions of the contactlist are not helpful.

Unusable

Does not work. Only when app is active and open incoming calls will be shown.

Crash freeze

This version didn't work. It always crashes and or get freezes. Unusable! Fix it!
