MiCollab for Mobile

Great app. Most of not all issues people experience is nothing to do with the app but the phone service provider. Would be great if you could control ring group membership by status as I keep forgetting to add myself back to a ring group when back in the office.

The phone randomly rings all the time “Re register”. The calls don’t connect half the time when you answer. Currently the the soft phone won’t even connect “registration failed” My company is now finally moving to another phone system.

This app work as design and it is getting better overtime. But I would recommend Mitel to ensure to be on top updates, and not breaking what work!

Not very happy with this app whilst working from home during the Corona virus. Having my phone right next to me and it doesn’t ring or rings once. Lately it’s been crashing a lot.

Whilst using this app on an iPhone6 this app crashed a lot between 10th September 2019 and 12th November 2019. Now trialling on iPhone11. Will try and report back in a months time.

Updated iPhone to V12 and now this app crashes within 1 second of opening it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.

App needs to be able to handle calls better from the lock screen. Also needs to be better integrated to cAr Bluetooth system for Answering calls.

Here at RCT Perth, WA we use mitel for our internal phone and chat systems. I have no idea why. This is the worst implementation of chat/video/call software I know of. Endless bugs and total dysfunction. The most bizarre thing however is the fact that we're paying for this when we all know Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Google and Facebook work great for FREE.

The UX is definitely an improvement over UCA mobile but frequent crashing renders app useless

Sometimes the app doesn’t ring when you get an incoming call if your phone is locked or you’re in another application. The call overlay won’t work until you open the app so you can’t answer a call coming in. Frequently incoming calls get stuck in “IVR Connecting” after answering and result in a missed call. Frequently the app will just not ring at all and a missed call notification will just pop up. If you use an ACD line sometimes you will just get put into a different Aux state than available for no reason. Mitel support is basically non existent; and that’s thrice as true for this abandonware. Update 6/19/24 My softphone just stopped working with no configuration changes today and the performance continues to get steadily worse I can’t believe this company charges for this product when we’re basically having to suffer through such awful use issues.
