MS, why the heck are you calling Windows 11, version 10.0?

This is why I need to switch to Apple. Seriously Microsoft, are you mentally slow? I have Windows 11 Pro. But you call it Version 10.0.22631. And now you're sending me messages in Windows Update that my version has reached end of service when it's the latest version available on my 2 year old computer per Windows Update. You are confusing your own system. Did you not graduate from elementary school? I think that's when we learn how to count to 20. I'm mean seriously, please stick to the basic concept of numbering your versions and labeling windows with the same number!

It’s Official: MS Has NO Support

This is insane. Months ago I purchased a lifetime professional subscription to Office365 from a retailer. All was well until now that MS blitzed out the subscription. Poof. It magically vanishes. Of course, I get pop ups telling me my subscription does not (and never did) exist. To access my docs, I must (you guessed it) buy a subscription. As an writer having a word processor is pretty important. Armed with the product key, I foolishly believed that MS support could fix this. Ha! Silly me. The chat feature is, quelle surprise, disabled. With much trepidation, I called what is euphemistically referred to as ‘support.’ Upon identifying my issue as ‘subscription’ a string of numbers/letters/dots/dashes was hurled at me with breakneck speed. I lost count of how many repetitions I had to request. I needn’t have bothered. The ludicrous string of nonsense took me back to the useless get ‘help’ page. Thus it seems that MS has discontinued all forms of support. I don’t expect resolution but perhaps the innocent public can benefit from my experiences. And, if anyone can recommend an alternative, I (and millions of others) would be most grateful. How I long for the days of Word Perfect before they were devoured by MS. It was an awesome program in the olden days. Best of luck to you all.

The latest version was a downgrade

The new update has not done the app any favors. The accessibility has decreased greatly. I always have a hard time accessing files from my device, which used to run smoothly in the previous version. I hope this improves in the next update.
