Microsoft Teams

This is the worst app ever made, it’s sooo bad I don’t even know where to start. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option

As above, I love the app, think it's great, however go to use a Bluetooth headset and it just does what it likes. I'm in a busy office with a Bluetooth headset, when you answer a call by pressing the button on the headset it then immediatly transfers the call to the phone audio, even your stood several meters away. And even you get a call and answer it on the phone, the option to change the call to Bluetooth disappears and you can't even find the teams call on the phone even though it's connected. All the other features and functions are great but this headset thing drives me mad, and it's all the people in out office on Bluetooth, it's been happening years I don't know why it can't be fixed

Absolutely cannot stand this app. It is by far the worst work communication app I have ever had the displeasure of using. It has a million bugs and quirks which make work harder and less efficient. Why do I have to press send AFTER something has uploaded, why doesn’t it sent automatically when I upload it? Things end up not being sent for hours because I do something else for the eternity it takes to upload an image and then forget to ever press send. It’s actually laughable that Microsoft have made this utter pile of garbage. If you have ever used slack you will know what good software is and what it’s like to use it and how it can actually help workflows and efficiency. Teams does nothing but hinder at every turn, it’s excruciatingly buggy, every new update is a car crash, the notifications never work the way they should on any device you have the software on. The list of terrible things goes on and on and on but we’d be here all day and I already waste half my day trying to make teams work the way it should. If you have ANY other option please I beg you to use it instead, I do not have that privilege as I am forced to use this junk for work, and I am angry at Microsoft every day for thinking this software is even remotely up to standard. The developers should be ashamed of themselves.

Full of bugs, constantly freezes and crashes when on calendar view.

I made a recent upgrade to iphone 15 pro from iphone 13. This halted the notifications and I don’t get a single update. I have tried everything listed under microsoft’s forum from checking teams notifications setting to iphone’s system settings. The only thing I didn’t try was hard resetting the phone as I’d lose my login’s on various apps which doesn’t sync under icloud. HELP NEEDED…!!!! There are many people raising the issue on microsoft forum but no joy. Hoping I can get some HELP from Developers. PLEASE HELP…!!!

Doesn't notify new messages

Mid business call the app now hangs randomly, can’t mute or unmute. Trying to open afresh, it hangs randomly, can’t join business calls. Often needs multiple restarts to work. Something’s changed in the last few weeks and it’s made the experience awful.

Teams mobile app used to be great, but something happened with a recent update that rendered the app unusable. Whenever I go to the calendar, the app locks completely. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared my phone’s cache, restarted the phone… all to no avail. A cursory search online revealed that many others are having the same issues. Until this is resolved, a 5-star app will be completely useless and downgraded to 1 star.

Any time I want to view the calendar and I scroll. It keeps freezing/crashing. This is despite reinstalling several times. FIX THIS PLEASE
