No matter which branch I visit, I have experienced top tier customer service. Not only are the employees friendly, but I have found them eager to help and knowledgeable in their position.

They have great customer service. They are always helpful.

Have only been familiar with Midland for a few years when it had purchased a chain of banks where I was an account holder. When the acquisition took place everything the old bank had in place was kept to keep newly acquired customers happy along with additional benefits that come with a larger bank. The local main branch is open all day Saturday and late through the entire week. Extremely happy with mobile check depositing, not sure if I could survive without it now. The only complaint would be when trying to call a local branch you get a centralized bot which wastes about 5 minutes of time to eventually get a physical person. Really no benefit not allowing the banks to have their own phone number.

Two times in a row I’ve struggled to get the iphone app to recognize the check image. And the preview looks fine but it still wants me to retake the photo. It’s perfect and all the numbers and everything are well in view. Junk.

It sometimes does the bare minimum of telling you how much money you have but is really clunky and the Zelle feature on the app is more of a pain than just using the Zelle app.

What a bad app, and even worse bank. Looks like a crappy version of something from 2013. Depositing checks can take days to confirm, as well as any other financial service. You can’t even deposit $ at ATMs, and the app constantly crashes. Bring back Alpine Bank, at least their colors weren’t these gaudy orange and blue. Disgusting.

Love midland bank! Tammi Lanxon Princeton, Illinois has helped us a lot. She has went above and beyond and helped us get an account set up. Had everything ready for us? It was so professional she is one of a kind and a very much valued associate.

Thanks to the wonderful people in Dwight Illinois branch. Especially the manager I was able to fix my credit and learn how to do online banking. They are very nice people and I recommend to my friends to bank there. It’s nice in these times to have people who care and treat there customers like real people not just an account. Thank you Dwight branch!

The app is great to navigate through my accounts no complaints there! Very user friendly. However because they took the option to transfer money through Zelle definitely knocked the two stars down for me. So inconvenient to have to verify the account the money is going to, taking more then two business days when all you’re trying to do is just splitting a dinner bill with friends.

I’m from Ga. And the staff at Midland have welcomed me with warm open arms. Mrs Zoryana has went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. Thanks to the entire staff for always making me feel at home.
