I’ve tried a couple of app and I like this most of all. Pleasant interface, all the necessary functions, integrations with Apple Health. I definitely recommend
10/10
I’ve used this because I get frequent migraines and I’m trying to develop a plan with my doctor for best treatment options. It also syncs with my apple health data. Haven’t identified kinks, but does what I need as a tracking mechanism.
For many, many years I used another popular migraine diary app that I initially really liked. Unfortunately, for the past 3-4 years it would crash while I was entering my info. They were quite responsive but the problem never resolved. Eventually, I just started guesstimating my numbers for my MD appointments. Then I found this app in September 2024. It’s simple and you can set it up to track only what you want. For instance, I tracked triggers until the cows came home but never really figured out anything specific. Now I only note them if there is something unusual I think is connected. But my main reason for using this app is to track how many headaches or migraines I have every month, how long they last, and what medications I take. I love that I can pick a day (M,T,W, etc) and a time morning, evening or 1:22pm specifically. Then say it lasted ~2 hours, 8+ hours, or I don’t know. (Because it’s not over yet or it was one of those days and I’m just happy to document it). They suggest symptoms, triggers, medications, etc but you can always customize your lists. Some of the medications that showed up as treatments on mine were not what I would consider migraine abortive (acute treatment). In 25 years, I’ve used almost everything except some of the really old and all of the really new ones. Some of the ones they listed are preventive meds- venlafaxine, gabapentin, and topiramate. But maybe you increase your dose during an attack or have a certain protocol so those would be appropriate. Again, this app is customizable and I haven’t used it to its fullest potential. But I personally appreciate the simplicity and ease of use. It’s as easy as writing M on a paper calendar but I have the benefit of extra room for a few more details. ;)
This is an amazing app, it has many questions that have just the right answers for me. It helps me keep track what is causing my migraines, so when I see my doctor I can pull up this app and show them. Super handy!
Well designed, I like the options offered, great to have downloads I may share with my doctors.
I love this app. It’s so easy to navigate and helps me keeps track of my headaches…
Love that I’m visually able to log my migraines and headaches, all of the symptom & medication options to log are great
