Migraine Tracker: MiG

My main interest in this app surrounds the lack of payment required to use it. I first downloaded a more popular, higher reviewed version but it expected some form of subscription to continue. This one was right below it, figured I’d give it a go and so far it’s been great! Easy to use, nice and smooth and no required fees!

Gp told me to keep a diary of my migraines and being able to track it on your phone is much easier then a pen and paper. So easy to use !!!

This is a great app for logging headaches / migraines and the reports exports are a really useful feature too. The app is extremely easy to navigate and I love being able to add medications and triggers etc. My frustration with ALL migraine logging apps is the lack of integration with Apple health for logging migraines etc and whilst that is not unique to this particular app it appears that the only apps that log that information are the ones that primarily focus on female health! It would be great if that was a common practice among migraine focused apps. Integration with Apple health is listed as an upcoming feature so I’m excited to see that.

It’s helped a lot to track my migraines and then discuss with my GP The updates have made it more detailed so I can really figure out what my triggers are which is amazing.

I suffer with episodic migraines and it is very helpful as I am able to pin point the pain (with the facial diagram) and the symptoms I get, also the tracking part of the last attack is very useful. Very clear layout and easy to use. Thank you for making it free because it really does help! 🙂

This app is an excellent tool to observe the cause(s) of each migraine attack. By doing so, we are able to avoid certain behaviours and prevent further attacks.

Can’t believe this is free. The system to log your migraines is so simple and easy. Now I have noticed certain triggers that I didn’t notice before. Hoping this helps my recovery and prevents more migraines. Really well set out app, easy to understand, great concept and all for free!!

An easy way to keep track on a daily basis. Prompts are comprehensive plus can be customised and notes added. Easy reference for physicians.
