Seit Update unbrauchbar

Seit dem letzten Update bleiben die Anmeldedaten nicht gespeichert und müssen immer wieder neu eingegeben werden. Besonders lästig bei Onlineshopping (Bestätigung durch App wird benötigt - Bestätigungsoption wird aber erst 3 Tage nach Erfassung der Anmeldedaten in der App freigegeben). De- und Neuinstallation löste das Problem leider nicht. Sehr lästig, App seit Update sinnlos bzw. unbrauchbar.

Funktioniert nicht mehr

Seit dem letzten Update muss ich mich immer neu anmelden. Login funktioniert nicht mehr mit FaceID. Bei Online Käufen ist es neuerdings erforderlich, den Kauf über die App zu bestätigen. In der App wird aber nichts angezeigt. Nach Gespräch mit dem Kundenservice und Neuinstallieren der App trotzdem keine Besserung. Hoffentlich wird das so schnell wie möglich behoben, da die App so gut wie unbrauchbar geworden ist.

während dem ticket shopping ist confirmation durch die app erforderlich. app öffnen verlangt nach einem update. nach dem update muss pin eingegeben werden. da drin hängt die k… app im kreis. ticket futsch. danke super software loser bei dkb. danke reicher produktmanager bei dkb. weil der kunde eh egal ist.
