Not working for me

Living in Asia, I have been trying in vain for weeks and months to activate the in-app authorisation for the newly received card. Alas, the required code never comes through via text message. Customer support only says this is a problem at my end, nothing they can do. I am receiving text messages from the EU Including Germany almost daily but the one from MM never gets through. No help from M&M so I will cancel the card. Disappointing service

Rip off

So I bought something abroad (outside of Eurozone area) and when I got the statement I was charged 1.95% additional fee, different to what was originally stated in my account. Absolute rip off, particularly as a friend of mine has a debit card and when he purchases something, the price he receives via is bank is what he is charged, no extra. Shocking and very greedy!
