Milkbasket: Grocery Delivery

They charge INR 15 per day to deliver a packet of milk costing INR 45 , I missed some options on the app and they say it’s part of T& C. Couldn’t find it, pls be aware before you subscribe, refund will take 10 days but they want u to via instantly via UPI, in today’s day and age why should they take 10 days? a user from Bangalore.

They ask you to pay for subscription, and frequently just cancel the orders. Customer care is not providing any solution to it. Instead they say you had to deal with this

They hardly deliver what is ordered, but they will deliver something similar. If you raise a ticket, they will close it without any information or refund saying that product was delivered as confirmed by delivery partner, hence issue resolved. Irony is, you cannot reopen a resolved ticket.

There are basic things call privacy. Who authorized you to come to my door without my consent? I am deleting app and will not use because of this basic behavior. I request all not to use or install.

The delivery person dropping my daily milk packets in my door floor mat. Even after fixing milk box and a bag in my gate. I raised this as concern and spoke to chat care for more than 4-5 times and also emailed the issue. But no response. And not sure how to unsubscribe and get refund my wallet money. No direct customer care call centre. Worst experience due to delivery person.

To the product manager, I wake up to no order delivered this is thrice in last 15 days, and chatting with rep suggest the item was unavailable. While the grounds team work on making sure item availability, I think technically there is something you can do is provide 2nd choice option. So if my 1st choice product is not available then it will trigger my 2nd choice of the product in the same category say milk and get that delivered. Because waking up with no order in my case milk is not a pleasant experience.

Initially Milkbasket has sends their agents to society for promotion and their agent requests residents to install the app and order milk and other stuff. I am sharing my experience, I have subscribed 1 ltr milk everyday and what they did? They started deducting ₹15 delivery charge everyday for ₹68 milk. This is the height of their hypocrisy.
