Somethings wrong with the app
Hello, Since last two days the orders placed for a day, balance page are not loading. Its taking forever. Can you please look into it?
Fraud and fake delivery updates
First of all they will kee on cancelling the order so that membership gets expired. They don’t have immediate support option in app They don’t provide contact details They can mark items delivered anytime Worst service ever …. Just headache
Customer service support is pathetic
Everything was good until I got transferred . I purchased 6 month membership but I had to shift. Now in this new city, they deliver to the next building but not to mine when I ask them they said they’ll add the address in 24 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and all I get now is “taarikh pe taarikh”. Pathetic experience
Worst app experience
Their pausing subscription just don’t work. I sent them video recording so that they can fix the issue but neither they fixed it nor he paused my subscription, i was fed up with bb daily now they are also same
Not useful for new address
Application/ team does not allow you to add new address if that building/area they are not serving. They will ask you to fill all details but they do not add even after multiple follow up.
Very bad service
Service is not good and no one bothers to reply to the complains Charge high and sends the item with least weightage Very disappointing Don’t use this app
Pathetic Service
Started service for milk delivery on 17th July no delivery. From 18th July subscription took for milk delivery- no response Paid amount in wallet, however no response, no contact no. also to reach Milk Basket
Disgusting service, it’s fake
No milk delivery to my address and customer service is pathetic. Please be careful and do not consider buying any product, subscription from this app.
The app won’t let me log in
I have been using the app for over 2 years and have recently recharged my wallet again.. now the app has logged me out and won’t let me log in for the same number I have been using to login. There is no way to reach out to customer care until I am logged in.
