Each follow along workout is sure to leave you sweaty with little to no equipment necessary. Have your workout of the day chosen for you by following the monthly calendar or select a workout based on length of time, muscle group focus, or intensity. The MM app is sure to keep you motivated, on track, and deliver results with Amelia's signature method of combining elements of traditional mat Pilates, sculpt/strength, and cardio moves.
With your subscription you receive:

+ A monthly schedule with a workout programmed everyday of the month

I really enjoys this app but I decided to go with a different app. If the strength workouts could be written down so that I can move on my own I’d rejoin in a heartbeat.

Been a fan of Amelia on social media for years, and let me tell you, this app does not disappoint! 🌟 As a full-time working mom, sneaking in some 'me time' is a challenge. But with Mils Method, all I need is 20 minutes on my mat and I'm drenched in sweat and riding that endorphin high. Plus Amelia's playlists? Absolute fire. If you're looking for an efficient and effective workout to kickstart your day, Mils Method is where it's at!

Love this app!! Love the music! Love that I’m working out alone (but not alone)! I follow Amelia’s calendar and I feel great. I used to lift but lost my love for it and was stuck for the longest time because I wanted working out to be something I enjoyed and I just wasn’t sure what to do. Anyway, I’m finally enjoying my workouts again 🫶🏼 Can’t recommend enough!

I wanted to wait a month until I gave a review. Before using this app, I was using an at home guide and a gym guide that was to give me a slimmer upper body figure, but build my lower body. With the guides I was working out almost 2 hours a day and there were times where I was so sore and miserable. I felt like my days were consumed with my work out. I found this through TikTok and honestly it has changed the way I see my workouts, myself, and my body. My body has changed so much and in only four weeks. My glutes are so much more round and my legs look amazing. My upper body (arms, back and abdomen) has slimmed down so much more with these workouts than with what I was using before. She gives amazing tips to help with proper form, and also to have an amazing self image. I definitely recommend!
