This app provided personalized tips for my skin.
Being charged for a subscription cancelled long ago.
Being charged for a subscription cancelled the first week of purchasing as I didn’t use it. Just got charged again, logged into the app and tried to cancel the subscription TWICE and it still says active and no confirmation of cancellation and two support messages sent. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Complete scam!

The subscription could not be cancelled!!!
A very bad experience! I had sent emails to request cancelling the subscription two days ago. Since then, I keep receiving an email every hour to ask me for reasons of cancellation while it never takes the action to cancel my subscription even after my several replies! It is becoming so annoying and my worst experience of purchasing an App ever!
DON’T GET!!!! Difficult to cancel and they charge you $44
You can’t cancel in the app, I have tried multiple times and taken so many screenshots of my cancellation and my account still shows Active. I emailed them and they still haven’t responded for my Refund and Cancellation Request. Terrible experience! Stay Away!!!
They charge you after you cancel your subscription
I was barely using the app so I cancelled my subscription, or at least I thought I had, I’m still getting charged after canceling it last month

They make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription and refuse to give you a refund

Difficulty canceling this subscription! I don’t remember subscribing to it. I went to cancel it but there is not record of my email address. I canceled on the PayPal end. On the upside however, CM mental growth did respond to my email but that is it.
