I'm really impressed with the face yoga because I thought it wouldn't even work. I knew about face yoga and face fitness but didn't believe it works. Now I am wondering just how these face exercises helped me to reduce some problems with my skin. Because my skin was a bit problematic. And now I feel myself great even without a make-up. My face is now more soft and younger. I literally already see the results and I love it!
