A team of; Habit Change Specialists, Life coaches, Elite Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and Sleep Experts saw large numbers of people attempting a lifestyle change but were unable to stay on track.

After researching thousands of people who had successfully achieved their own transformation, we saw one common theme repeating.
Almost every one of them had specific mindset traits which formed the cornerstone of their success.

I love the approach that this app takes. I’ve tried the calorie counting method to lose weight, but it became unsustainable in the end. This app focuses on making small, sustainable changes with the daily coaching, and I’m seeing a steady, positive affect on my physique and health. If you’re ready for change and can commit a few minutes each day for longer term weight loss, then I can recommend this app.

Really love this, has helped me loads get back into a healthy routine… in the training option you can pick specific muscle groups if you want to target a particular region but the gym workouts are super if you are just wanting to get a full body exercise. Love the coaching and habit components too- just goes to show that sometimes it’s the most basic things we do and then change that make the biggest difference. Would definitely recommend!

I really love this app. It has helped me to review my eating habits. The home workout videos are awesome. They are short and easy to follow, i can easily fit one of the 5 minute workouts into my busiest days.

So many people try to reinvent the wheel in fitness. If you look through the decades though there are tried and tested principles that hold true and work if applied. However the application is not always that easy to be consistent with! Mind Body Coach steps in and uses the latest research on habit formation combined with those principles and helps you master the basics with simplicity. I’m encouraged that I’ve found a fitness App that works for me. I like the fact gives option to cope with exercise in the gym or home, that’s helpful for me. Also, I feel the programme is doable, it’s not onerous, I actually believe I can do this. Finally I’ve failed in the past to keep going because I lose my motivation, I’m convinced this App will help me overcome that. I’m impressed!
