This app is not very useful. Often the prompts do not even work. Per instance today, I took the tinnitus screening and it did not give me results at the end. Plus, the prompt that it would give me an explanation of my score did not work and neither did it give me a score. I find the product using the chat bot to be weak and not very helpful. It could be useful for someone who just contracted tinnitus, but I’m not sure of that either either.

When my tinnitus first started I was very anxious and annoyed! This created high anxiety which resulted in a poor quality of life and sleepless nights! It was a viscous cycle! After downloading the app I began to understand the workings of tinnitus. When I participated in the CBT exercises I became less distressed and I saw a great improvement in a short amount of time! I am so very appreciative of the guidance I am receiving to positively deal with my tinnitus! I sincerely thank you!
